Prologue
The year is 1998. The town is Raccoon City. A small Midwestern town home to the Umbrella Corporation which promised to help the city flourish. What they were really doing was destroying it with inhumane experiments of various bio weapons in both the Spencer Mansion and the Hive. Some of these experiments got out and began attacking citizens of Raccoon City prompting the police department to investigate.
In the summer of 98 STARS Bravo Team would investigate Raccoon Forest. This led Rebecca Chambers on a journey with a con named Billy which eventually led her to the Spencer Mansion and losing contact with Billy.
Later STARS Alpha team would go to the same area and locate the mansion. They would make contact with Rebecca and find out what Umbrella has really been doing. They would learn Wesker was a traitor and they defeated and destroyed a deadly tyrant before setting the mansion ablaze and leaving on a chopper. Not knowing that Wesker had survived.
In the fall of 98 the outbreak would finally begin. The T-Virus would spread to every sector of the city until the local government closed off the city to the outside world and nobody were allowed in or out. Now the residents of Raccoon City are forced to survive the zombie onslaught that spread throughout their city and find a way to escape. Or perish in the storm. This is the story of life or death.
